• Original (Genuine) — brand-new original parts. Photo provided before shipping. No third-party inspection; please verify before assembly. Original parts are non-returnable once shipped.
• Refurbished / Used — clearly labeled, tested, with a 30-day warranty window.
• Compatible / Equivalent — parameter-equivalent alternatives, suitable for non-critical applications, disclosed honestly.

Order terms

• Resistors are sold by full reel only.
• All other parts accept small samples, repair orders and lab orders.
• We do not provide third-party inspection services, and we do not accept zero-defect projects (military / aerospace / medical / automotive).

After-sales

• Wrong item or quantity shortage — reship or refund.
• Shipping damage — refund upon photo evidence.
• Original parts — non-returnable once shipped; non-returnable once assembled.
• Other after-sales terms follow standard distributor practice.
